Italian luxury boutique to get $1.8 million makeover in Houston retail center
The high-end retail space will nearly double in size. Italian fashion boutique Brunello Cucinelli is set to invest nearly $2 million into an expansion at its location in Houston's River Oaks District. The expansion will include a new first-floor retail space with updated interiors, fixtures, systems, and a refreshed exterior facade. The estimated cost of the project is $1.8 million. Houston-based architecture, design and planning firm Gensler has been brought on to assist with the development. The retail center was sold to billionaire and Houston Rockets owner Tilman Fertitta for $450 million in 2024.
