When I hired Mrs. Kennedy and took on a call to change child custody, I had to fight my child's father on this third time. She is the best person, so you should find her soon. She copes with my case very well and is very knowledgeable about family law. She was on my behalf when I had to contact her when I had a question or concern. She continued to fight as long as my child could endure to the end, but she never withdrew. She's honest and doesn't candy coat what I like so much. Anne Ellis Kennedy helped me to the immigration incident and treated me kindly. I am trying to contact someone at the USCIS office in Houston because my case is out of standard processing time. In the last four months, the only answer I have received is "Your case is pending, sorry". It's been almost two years since my wife and I applied to stay in her American citizen. I felt very helpless before I visited my lawyer, but now I feel much better. Ann listened patiently to my story, took notes, and walked an extra mile to see if she could take care of herself. Father's custody is often overlooked. ... In my case, Ann didn't allow it. She was able to prove why his son was living with me and why it was in his best interests. I rarely leave a review, but I'm forced to do so because of my experience with Ann Kennedy.  Recently, I was a professional, polite, realistic, and generous woman who was the representative of a young man I had coached in the immigration office. The family had limited resources, represented them in the most cost effective way with them, and the family did much of their research on their own, giving her the power to represent him when her existence was essential. From the beginning, she was able to talk straight with us about the potential for success, multiple options, and the risks associated with each option. Mr. Kennedy then told us all about the process and where we are going. She did it with her heart and knowledge! If you have the opportunity, I will definitely refer to Mr. Kennedy again.

In naturalization, Mr. Kennedy gave me a great service. Her knowledge and expertise was excellent. There were some quirks in my symptoms, and I felt stressed, but through that process she not only made the right decision, but also worked to calm my nerves from beginning to end. I want to strongly recommend her. It is my experience that it is hard to find a good lawyer. She is the best person I have ever met.

I never make any bad comments, but I don't want anyone to experience my experience with Mrs. Kennedy. She was so nightmare about working together that she couldn't get in touch with her on the latest news about my incident. I only called her office to get a rude reply from the staff, and Mrs. Kennedy said she would call me back when she got to the office. If she really seems to represent me, she will always have a more important case. She is not well before she hears my story, and when she talks about me, she has to repeat my story. When she received all the information, or while I was speaking, she started talking to another person. When I decided to quit her as a lawyer, I got bored...... At 2 p.m. on the day before the mediation, she said she could not call me and had to send someone or change the schedule, so the communication and program problems really continued. If you listen to this information more than 24 hours before the mediation, you will be more familiar with it. It was a pity that I chose Ann because her excellent evaluation was completely disappointing. Look around before you come to her law firm.
