Especialities
Chris Branson is a Houston-based lawyer in Texas, fighting against the Child Protection Service (CPS) in the trench to win. He protects his family from false allegations of child abuse and neglect, and has a passion for the trauma of uselessness of government intrusions. That's what fighting is all about. Many lawyers think that "you cannot fight the system". But Mr. Branson does that every day. He has dedicated his practice to providing active, careful, and personal services to the family who was the target of the unmanageable organization. With his experience in the battle, Branson provides guidance to other attorneys across the state to continue the fight. As a lecturer at the Texas Home School Coalition (TSC)'s "Protecting the Family from the CPS" seminar, he was trained as a lawyer in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and Lubock. Branson also serves as a special counsel on the TSC's CPS issue, and during the session, the Texas State Council provides specific legal matters and advice on pending legislation.
Chris Branson, an elder of the White Oak Baptist Church, was a follower of the White Oak Baptist Church, and married a high school sweetheart and the father of two good young men. He enjoys reading, writing, cooking and photography.
