Chris Forsett, who had been very persuasive in his energetic pursuit of my deposit case, did nothing. When he complained of his lack of action, Mr. Forsett had to cancel the contract for no reason and give him the commission for not doing his job. Mr. Forsett refused to calculate the court costs in accordance with the terms and conditions and the provisions of Burassin, Texas. Forsett says he had to admit that when he finally provided the accounting for the court costs, he had no court costs at all, but he only admitted that he had done nothing but write to me, and he would accept the agreement for the extra charges.
