Hussain has been recognized by the Texas Commission of Legal Affairs as a commission in personal injury lawsuits, and has been recognized by the National Court Commission's defense by the Civil Court Law as a commission in civil trials. He is eligible to practice in Texas, New York, Columbia, and in England and Wales he is qualified as a lawyer. The Supreme Court, the Northern Texas, the Southern, Western, Eastern States, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Court of Appeal of New York State are also eligible for court proceedings. Husain is a certified mediator and has succeeded in representing customers in both state and federal courts.
In 2017, Hussain was named Super Alcohol, with 5% of all lawyers in Texas.
