About

I started practicing solo in 2004. Before that, I worked with Daniel Corrigan. He is a lawyer in charge of legal affairs, manager of the office, and a traffic lawyer. I now deal with 80% of the criminal defense and 20% of the traffic cases. I left the Houston City Legal Department in 1996 and have been practicing for myself ever since.

Established in 2004

Especialities

We specialize in the Crime Defense Act and the Traffic Act. I have been practicing in these two areas for 17 years. Many of my clients, who speak Spanish, have helped thousands of people, of course, in the Houston community since coming back here in 1993.

I graduated from the University of Texas in 1990 and got a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and Spanish.   I graduated from the University of Southern Methodist in 1993, got a Ph.D. in Juris, passed the Texas State Bar Examination, and received a license to practice in 1994.

The worst place! It's not a professional! As for my husband, I must always call him. Several months and several calls were made to date the trial. When he finally got one, the lawyer didn't show up! The court had to reset. When I was planning to appear for the second time, I called the office to see if the lawyer would appear, and an hour ago she said she couldn't. I thought that I had to reset it again and my husband didn't have to attend the court. They reset the trial date to their third time. This incident has been going on for more than a year! When my husband went to trial for the third time, the lawyer finally appeared. They told him that the speeding ticket was rejected, but he had to pay $250 because he didn't attend the trial! What! !! He was told by an office worker that he didn't have to show up because the lawyer couldn't make it! So why is he charged 250 dollars, the reason why he did not appear! After I called the company several times, I tried to understand the situation and I only received BS answers. I told my lawyer to call me and I didn't hear anything! Don't call me once! I'll never deal with them again! Lesson Run! !!

It's the worst place to go when you need help, and people say you need help, but the only thing you can really hire is a cheap lawyer. They said they would help me, but they stopped talking honestly.  The contract stated that it was better to call a lawyer without charge
