I hired Stephen Pham in 2015, but it's about a very difficult case that most people reject. Mr. Pam helped me solve the problem at a very reasonable price. Since then, I've always been going to Mr. Pam to take up all legal issues.  He's as honest as a professional...He doesn't tell me what I want to ask. Rather, it tells us that we need to know about not only litigation, but all business transactions. I didn't have a chance to write a review about Mr. Fum before, but I'm worried that it happened on my second time here. It's completely different from my experience. Mr. Fam always responds very sensitively to my phone and concerns, and always speaks frankly to me about my expectations and responsibilities. We strongly recommend Pham for business, real estate, immigration, trade wisdom, and litigation solutions.

I read a review of the quality of service provided by Stephen Tuan Pham Law Firm and felt I had to add my opinion.

I am a native American and married a Vietnamese woman from Hanoi.  Before my wedding in Vietnam in 2007, I applied for an American visa so that my fiancee could see my family.  Unfortunately, I was rejected because I could not fully understand.  Two years after the wedding, I reapplied and attached all supporting materials to show that she had the means to provide all her financial needs during her stay in the US  Again, our offer was denied.  After two trials by myself and failing, I contacted Stephen Tuan Pham's law firm.  Since my wife was not good at English at that time, it was important to hire a bilingual lawyer to discuss the matter in English and then discuss it with her in Vietnamese.  In addition, my work as a senior executive of a global company has been traveling internationally for about 80% of the year, so most of my communication with lawyers needs to be done by phone and email.  After the first meeting, my wife and I decided to take over Stephen's services.
2010 During the months from the year to the year, Steven will examine us through all the stages of the application process, and will look at all the documents I have provided, and even if you do not connect to the Internet, enter an answer to him  Through the process, he was patient and effectively communicated with both his wife and me.  When visa applications were accepted at the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City and an interview was scheduled, Stephen gave his wife and me guidance and roles in some scenarios.  In mid-2011 my wife came to the US, but she had to overcome another obstacle. In other words, it is an interview procedure that converts non-immigrant visas to "green cards."  Stephen met us several times and this time led us.  In addition, his wife's permanent residence visa was granted without a problem.  Since 2011, I have asked Stephen several legal questions and he has always answered my satisfaction within 12 hours.  Of course, my wife and I support the law firm of Stephen Tuan Pham, so I can't recommend him enough.

All that glitters is not gold. It was good when I first came into contact with him, but before long his true feelings came out. He was rude not to answer my email or phone. Even when I went to the company, I was told to meet people only by appointment. I called him many times from February this year. He only answered the phone call anonymously from a phone number he did not know. He was rude to the phone and we decided that we should break up and refused to return my documents at the latest stage. He is incompetent, not professional, and quite frankly childish, so you should avoid any sacrifice.

In this examination, my parents first came to this lawyer, and when they started the immigration procedure, my parents first came to this lawyer to trust Google to an immigration lawyer and guess what to do. Who first appeared? This man. I know that other legal areas are more specialized than immigration HaNgoc Cu law firms or Nguyen Dai Huy tuan, but I don't say so in advance, so I don't waste our time and $, I'll pay my attention when I come to pay, but I've found that my parents have trouble getting into Japan, phone, text, email...I quit my job and went back to Houston, and after the last step of the process that I had to help my parents, I still don't know where he is. We didn't bother to call him, we spent a silly amount of money here and they failed to trust and trust Vietnamese colleagues in Houston. Even when I arrived at the office, I had to wait for more than a year before I had to organize and end my parent's class adjustment, until I lost or forgotten more important documents to pass from a secretary who acts as if I didn't care about it to USCIS. The only time I spend here is for people who read a lot of reviews about other law firms that start with T A k, who do not get money from customers, do work or answer questions. I don't want to recommend this man to the immigration issue, but I don't want to recommend anything else. The poor and powerless service of our customers has caused the people in this office to see you. Thanks to that, I learned my lesson.

He didn't give me the right information. I don't recommend calling this lawyer.
I called him and asked him about the heir's affidavit and the change of the position at home. My wife died 15 years ago. We had no children, and she had no will. He told me that I had to write a court certificate. I kept writing because I didn't have a will, so I kept saying that I must go to the examination court. I spoke to several lawyers, but no one said so. I found a lawyer to take care of me today with the right information.

We have been working jointly with Steven for the past six months to process H-1 visas legally for one of our employees.  Through this process, everyone understands how complex and confusing the law is and how painful this process is.

Good for Stephen!  He accepted the procedure and made constant efforts to keep everything safe.  He always met us and always followed to make sure everyone was in the circle.  He gave us a status update every other week and went through the process. After having a great experience with

Steven, whenever you need legal support in the future, he is our partner.

Steven helped me with two of my co-workers' H1-B working visa. He thoroughly explained the process and assisted the lawyer throughout the process. If you need the Immigration Control Act, it is highly recommended.
