About

More than 20 years of legal experience (including a six-year prosecutor) gives you a clear advantage over other Houston lawyers and DWI lawyers. Thanks to the successful handling of the thousands of drug possession and DWI cases, I belong to the Harris County Criminal Lawyers and the Texas Criminal Lawyers. H Texas Magazine Magazine praised me as one of the top lawyers in Houston from 2008 to 2012. Enby Magazine also chose me as Favored DWI Lexcloyer in December 2007.

Especialities

I'm a Houston-based detective lawyer and my practice is dedicated to the possession of marijuana, the possession of controlled materials (PCS) such as cocaine, MDMA and ecstasy, the maintenance of methamphetamine and the DWI. I represent customers arrested in Harris, Galveston, Montgomery, Fort Bend, Brasilia, Waller, Chambers, and Liberty, Texas.

As a prosecutor, I was always responsible for charging about 350 minor crimes and 150 serious crimes. These incidents were serious, from the first DWI to aggravated robbery and sexual assault. I also charged complicated cases such as tax evasion and employee theft.

As a public prosecutor, I was involved in all levels of law enforcement from campus police at the university to county security officers, trunk patrol officers, FBI, DEA, and secret service. I learned how law enforcement agencies are trained and how the police think when investigating crime.

In the course of these prosecutions, I met hundreds of criminal lawyers with different experiences and abilities. The lawyer told me what to say and what to say to the prosecutor. A good detective not only knows the law, but also the district attorney and amplifier; #39; must be a skilled negotiator who understands someone's office.

This review has been extended for a long time, but I told myself that if there is a chance, I will go.

My friend decided to visit Houston from California to start the New Year in 2017. We arrived at about seven that night and met a couple more friends. Around 12 o'clock that night, we arrived at our last destination, the nightclub. Waiting for me to come in side by side, I looked in my purse and found that I had no ID. I told my friend that I didn't have an ID, but soon approached by the stupid b&%#@ of the female police officer, and told me to go away right away. I asked her why I should go out. She said nothing else, so she told me to leave. She told me she didn't go anywhere and found her ID...It might be in the car, but wait a minute. I wanted to call another friend in there to see if I had an ID. A stupid A-hole policeman comes to charge me and says, "Get out now!" I told her she didn't own a private estate and I didn't go anywhere and she didn't intend to beat it out $. She hugged me and spent 16 hours in prison. The charges were very frivolous (the threat of fear and the trespassing of the sinner). My trip was ruined.

I went home on Monday and soon searched for a good lawyer. Before we reconciled with Mark, we talked to about three lawyers. Jolin's OS is also pretty cool and helpful. Anyway, Mark was able to reset a lot of convenient schedules for me and me. I examined a woman's dog-policeman, and found that her whistle was not beautiful. That night I had a habit of lying and not even wearing my body cam. Even so, DA was a bit severe, and I wanted a Class C minor crime because of course the law is never on your side. Mark made a deal with me. After all, both charges are dropped. The

Bottom Line Mark is not BS, but very inflated in the future. Unfortunately, Houston leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't come back again. But Mark definitely decides how to go! I sincerely thank him for my escape from this BS.

Worse, the money of the lazy person will not stop the hungry "lawyer"! !!!!!!!!!!!! When I came across his Instagram page &, I should have known that he was a fake. Like a set of lawyers and hip hop videos that saw him pretending to be a gangster rapper, but I'm going to get off the track. He dismissed my options, ignored all that I had demanded about my little case, and blew me off completely. He appeared late, and even though he had my money, he acted as if I had been burdened by him. Later, in my case, I was chosen by three lawyers, not one (at the time my license was invalid, so I carried my weapon illegally), and they all said that I could easily throw it out. But I had no foreword, and my record was beautiful. He messed up me.  Instead, looking at this butt hole, I signed without trying to reduce the community service for 13 months and 72 hours. He wasted all his money and time. He was very rude, and obviously he knew that he was wrong to get my crap deal. He didn't say a word to me after I left the court. He made a big mistake. You don't have to experience it  I warned him of what I had done against him,  His secretary is always clear  Every time I came to pay, I turned my ass off, and it was, needless to say, a silly show in the office.

I don't want to tell you, but I've been in trouble several times.  Mark got me up after all.  First with a small incident, he pulled me up and then after several DWI charges, I went away intact (not to blow).  Mark really helped me with the tremendous amount of time in my life, and I'd like to encourage him to anyone and always try. I hope this man isn't bad, but I hope he doesn't need it, but if you need it, it's not bad.

Mark is a very professional and finishes work...I found him at Yelp and he served me and my friends.

We each got a POM with a little weed. One dismissal sentenced the other to a fine or heavier.

We both had many records.  and my friend was in prison.  In addition, PCS and assault charges were pending in Travis County, where the prosecutor in Harris County is

He and his clerks, in spite of their nervous fatigue, were very easy to talk and work, and they made us feel at home.

Mark Morasch is very detailed in all the stages of the legal process we have done. He was good at investigating the incident. The case is now permanently removed from the court records. We will give him five stars, of course!
