Watch out! HOA (KPM) Enforcer。 They threaten to send a threatening letter, charge a ridiculous fee, take legal action and bring them home, or charge 200 dollars a day for violations. However, when you send an email to the form that you requested, the email is not "trusted", so it does not tell you the EMAIL address. Which legitimate company does not have email or Web sites? There's a fax machine 40 years ago!
