In 1998, LaTrice Martin-Gault started Save Your Properties, LLC (SYP) after a personal encounter with a seizure. As a mortgage banker, she was able to take ownership of her house again. With a strong call, she begins to support the other families under arrest. After signing a contract to be seized by many lawyers and legislators, Martin Go restructured the SHP business in 2008, restructured its business, and embodied the loss reduction process on behalf of lawyers across the country. The company is currently working at a warehouse of lawyers across the country to help customers face foreclosure problems such as loan changes, repayment plans, retirement plans and bankruptcy.
