Listen, my story may change your life.

I have reached the height of despair. An ugly divorce from my physically abused husband convinced me to leave my career and stay at my mother's house, and eventually I was driven away from home. I hid my money and property, so the whole divorce proceedings were manipulated. Without funds, I could not get the right representatives. It's not easy to say you've been beaten. All the contacts after the divorce were fighting. Finally, when my X informed him that I would go to get my son's necklace, I was trapped by the local Barry Fifth Police. He called 911 desperately and claimed that even before I arrived, I was knocking at the window, abused with my mouth, and physically harmed. I had just stopped the car and still sat in the car with my son.  at times  A policeman from Nassau Bay came and dragged me out of the car, made me cub, and charged me with two felons. No witnesses, my X words only. I think that I get along well with the mayor.

I am in trouble because I have no money. A letter of recommendation came to the first lawyer and he said he would accept my suit, but he wanted to put off all fees. I sold my private goods and paid him enough money to begin the case. After that, he did not call back or make time to discuss the incident, and always chased after the court and ran away. He had only to reset my case, so at last he had to fire him. When I got the file from him, I found only green letters inside. There's nothing else. The next up was a public defender. Stop my only advice. I have no time, I don't believe you.  Why didn't she do so, even though she was just a judicial transaction without intelligence? I happened to meet Rick Oliver in the lobby when I last left the court with this non-woman. I knew him since I was a child, so I recognized him at once. We discussed why I was there and what was going on. He soon became interested. He asked questions and my current lawyer asked if he had done something he had said. All the answers were no, they did nothing. He was very generous with time, and very keen in his inquiry. Finally, he said he was a lawyer and if possible he would help him. I borrowed money from my parents and soon hired him. Working with Rick was a dream come true. He is smart. He is kind. And he was interested in this case, and he was glad to stand up for me when nobody else did. Every time we spoke, he had new information and new perspectives. He made an inquiry and examined it. And he looked. And he looked. Every time I spoke to DA, I tore their cases apart. If my X and my lawyer had not been constantly pushing me to the office of DA, I think this case was dropped. But he did, and they didn't.

Finally, I went to court. The last offer of a judicial transaction, the last chance before the trial. Rick and I looked into all the facts. We talked. He shared the discovery that he had just made. His sympathy and professionalism stood out. I entrusted my life to him. Let's take a deep breath and go to trial. He returned to the court and went straight to the DA lawyer and became busy. He spoke and pointed. He was animated. Increase the number of lawyers. Talk more. At last I went to the clerk and called me back to the meeting room. I was out of breath. With the most beautiful smile I've ever seen, he said, all the charges were dismissed.  I'd like to use Rick to recommend him to an acquaintance who needs a AWESOME lawyer.  In fact, I really believe in Rick, so I asked him to deal with family problems (even though he doesn't practice family law).

The lawyer (Rick Oliver) is very familiar with court system and Texas state law. He does not turn you in the wrong direction, very helpful, frankly, his work well. With regard to criminal proceedings, he has great ability in any case he can get and trust with respect! It's amazing that he's managed the criminal case well for me and my fiancee. It is highly recommended for those who need a lawyer. I'm sure that using a lawyer is the right choice. Thank you for your service, your knowledge and many qualifications.

was able to get up at my house and write this "true review" under my roof for everyone who read it. There are only two reasons.

1)  for I knew my innocent self and followed the belief that I would defend myself in a two-year trial!

2)。   Rick Oliver  He defended me, prepared the case with all his information, and who stood openly in the court.  two days  This man beat the law against a herd of men, of which more than fifty-five men were chosen, and was praised as "knowing the law," and their eyes were glued to him, clinging to his words, and the trial had not yet begun! And he picked the jury by hand, in over 4-5 elections we picked 12 jurymen and on the second day...Mr. Rick Oliver (with the right) is called "the Counsel." (It's not just ~.  He's a good lawyer.)  It seems to have been made in that court.  I saw him standing between me. Texas should submit to jurors one after another, like Pitbull, defeat the prosecution, and more importantly announce that the jurors should know they are safe, that they should not be guilty and release me. I'm back in my life!  and not only said "I was innocent."  He made him that man  I don't think I can trust anyone who brought a charge to me...He tore him to pieces at the feet of the witness, and brought the jurors up and called attention.  

Oliver pointed out the facts about each point and gave a surprising blow to the prosecution, who wanted to depict me as an immoral folly, an amplifier. Criminal......I sent me to the pigs for two years, and I thought that I had threatened me with past history and accepted my plea, and I had at least four oral arguments. And I'm going out, because I didn't do anything.

& I didn't go if I was going to be tried before. He was fired and delivered again, Rick Oliver.  When I rose again, it was soiled again  More than a year ago, I went to the prosecutor...... No, I'm going to court you!  Trial!  

Until yesterday...I didn't know  When 12 people who believed in my belief how much fear they fear in the mind of a 50-year-old man left and started deciding whether to go home or to go straight to jail for six to two months from the court room....
I have been with Mr. Oliver served as the fourth of the five lawyers.  All the other lawyers boasted using their offices to show the wall boards, the huge suits standing on the women's free floor, the shiny suits with a $300 tie and the wingtip shoes. Rick Oliver..  opened the door to find  He was a man of plain white shirts, and in those days he did not wear a coat, rolled up his sleeves, and opened his cuffs. Listen and talk to my side...Then, if you go all the way, tell me what is in danger. Trial...... I hardly knew how deep I had been laid, but I did not know.  When Rick worked on this case, I didn't have a lawyer...There was a pitbull!  I noticed that  defense of ~  I think he's almost personal...His belief in me made the case against me full of mistakes.  
Yesterday/ Yesterday;
In the case of a criminal offense, the state and Oliver Gabriel said, "The jury will judge him not guilty!"  
Trust in my 12 hands is not determined by good luck...I knew Rick Oliver had the best chance to fight Texas.  

When all is over...... Even the judge congratulated him, but he spoke this word...... Rick sits in the court and prepares my papers so that this won't be on record in Texas...The judge went in and said from the bench.  & I...Thank you for being tried in court! And he said, "And...Thank you for your help."  Rick said, "Thank you."  The judge was only complimented!"  He kept preparing my papers. Once he smiled without missing a shiver, "He did him if you know in your heart that you are innocent!
  The prosecutor threatened to trade...... Get "My" lawyer, "Counsel", rick oliver.  He knows the law  He doesn't lie down or fall back or fall, and he doesn't let the wolf eat it!   My chances are 100% higher, if you look at what he knows about the law and how he brought it to the jury!
