He spends 100% of his work in litigation and has Board Certified of Criminal Law from Texas Board of Legal Specialize, and is considered one of the few professionals in Texas, and an expert in his field. A former prosecutor and four generations of attorneys, including the Texas Court, the Texas District Court (south and east), the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
