I got the marriage papers at this consulate, and was not beaten or murdered. I think that the recent failure of the Saudi Consulate's marriage document is related to the leadership of local human resources. The people at the Houston Embassy in Texas seem to be closer than those at similar facilities in Turkey.

But I strongly recommend two warning signs to pay attention during the visit.

1. If an employee suddenly rings their earphones before processing their marriage documents, go out immediately.
