Problem - Part 1

2018 In January, a tree on the grounds of the neighboring house damaged the roof of the garage. The damage was minor.

Problem - Part 2

Unfortunately, my neighbor died before the roof was damaged. In this way, three companies, (1) housing loan companies, (2) insurance companies, and (3) asset conservation companies, manage the roof repair in a symbiotic relationship. In my opinion, these companies are evasive and Stonewall masters. Therefore, the repair of the roof did not take responsibility for months.

THE SOLUTION

I learned that Tim Weaver is a specialist in the "property ownership" verification process, and he and I started to get in touch. Mr. Weaver recognized my problem as a simple solution. On the afternoon of the 1st (May 31, 2018), he immediately obtained a contractor who repaired my roof.
