HOUSTON — Gov. Greg Abbott will make a major announcement on the future of the space industry in Texas Tuesday. The announcement will happen at NASA's Johnson Space Center at 11 a.m. Abbott will also tour mission control and speak with native Texan and NASA Astronaut Loral O'Hara through the International Space Station feed, NASA said. He will be joined by Speaker Dade Phelan, Representative Greg Bonnen, NASA's Johnson Space Center Director Vanessa Wyche, and other state and space industry leaders.
