Broadview Real Estate unveils plans for 32-story office tower in Houston’s River Oaks area Broadview Real Estate, a division of Broadview Capital, has unveiled plans for a 32-story office tower in Houston's River Oaks area, set to rise at the top of the city. The building, designed by award-winning STG Design, is expected to occupy a 1.66-acre site adjacent to the exclusive River Oaks District mixed-use development and the soon-to-open luxury hotel, The Greenleigh. The tower’s name, O27, draws from Houston’�s 77027 ZIP code and is described as a next-generation workplace combining landmark architecture, hospitality-inspired amenities and flexible office environments. Expected to be completed in 2028, O28 represents Broadview Real estate's most architecturally significant development so far.
