NFL Delivers Hefty Fine Over Houston Texans Game
The NFL announced a significant fine over a play from Woody Marks and the Houston Texans’ win over the Jacksonville Jaguars. The NFL has fined the Houston Texans for their win over the Jacksonville Jaguars, but did not issue further action for Woody Marks or Ja'Marcus Ingram. Marks was penalized for a “tripping” violation during the fourth quarter, while Ingram was penalised for “unnecessary roughness” during an altercation with Jaguars RB LeQuint Allen Jr. The penalties offset, so there was no loss or gain for either team. Jaguars cornerback Travis Hunter received a $14,926 fine for "unsportsmanlike conduct" during the game. A second infraction could result in a fine of up to $20,897.
