The clinical profile of Ima402 indicates its potential as an off-the-shelf treatment option for patients with advanced PRAME-positive cancers. The data will be presented in a rapid oral presentation (1955RO) by Dirk Schadendorf, M.D., and an oral presentation by Antonia Busse, M., at the ESMO. The company's Chief Medical Officer, Cedrik Britten, is also encouraged by the potential of IM402 as an alternative treatment option to reach more patients across a broad range of cancers. As of the data cutoff on June 1, 2026, 126 heavily pretreated patients across multiple tumor types, primarily melanoma and ovarian cancer, received at least one infusion of IMAS402 during the dose escalation or dose expansion part of the ongoing trial (NCT05958121). The safety of the IMAA402 was noted as well as its robust tolerability profile as monotherapy and combination therapy as well. The overall objective response rate (cORR) was 55% with a median DOR of 8.4 months.
