United Just Opened the Largest Airline Lounge in the Americas
United’s new Houston lounge seats 800 travelers and features an outdoor terrace with sweeping airfield views. United Airlines has opened a new airport concourse in Houston with the largest airline club in the Americas. The Terminal B North Concourse at George Bush Intercontinental Airport opened on October 22, 2026, featuring a 54,000-square-foot United Club with seating for 800 people and an outdoor terrace with views of the airfield. The lounge features two full-service bars, two buffet stations, 11 private phone rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and power outlets throughout the space. Not every ticket purchased automatically comes with access to the lounge through United Club membership, qualifying United credit cards, or select premium-cabin tickets. The new lounge is part of United's $2.6 billion Terminal B renovation plan.
