HOUSTON, Texas — Houston police are investigating a fatal crash involving a pedestrian that occurred on the 2300 block of North Freeway around 5:50 p.m. on Saturday. The identity of A fatal collision occurred on the 2300 block of North Freeway, with a 68-year-old male pedestrian being hit by a white Ford F250. The driver, who remained at the scene, showed no signs of intoxication and was released without further examination. The identity of the deceased is pending notification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
