‘Sexiest Man Alive’ thought honor was a prank: People
People has officially revealed its 2026 Sexiest Man Alive. Actor and producer Noah Wyle, known for his medical roles on TV, has been named this year's Sexiest Man Alive by People magazine. Wyle initially thought the honor was a prank and has been known for making scrubs look sexy for three decades. The magazine also noted that the hospital drama "The Pitt" won the top prize in its genre at the 2026 Primetime Emmy Awards, and Wyle won the best actor in a drama trophy. The franchise started in 1985 with Mel Gibson taking home the title.
