Houston police seek public’s help identifying aggravated robbery suspect
Store clerk assaulted and robbed by combative suspect Houston police are seeking public assistance in identifying a man accused of assaulting a convenience store clerk during a robbery in September 2025. The incident occurred at a store on Will Clayton Parkway near the Eastex Freeway. The suspect allegedly made a purchase and attempted to exchange it for a higher-priced item, but refused to pay the price difference. He then assaulted the clerk and left the store with the higher-costed item. Police have identified the suspect as a black man between 30 and 35 years old.
