My long-standing friend Gary Trickter and I met for the first time at Sugar Land Airport 6/23/92.  As a flight instructor, I have trained and recommended Gary as a private pilot for single and multi-engine aircraft. They were both accomplished in the same year!  Mr. Gary continues to take the Director of Aeronautics Examination and the Director of Aeronautics Examination, and continues to qualify as Director of Aeronautics while maintaining his well known corporate life.

This background information will help you fully understand Gary's professionalism. The Turbo Prop employs eight pilots.  In June 2018, one morning, I got a bad phone call early.  One of my pilots was charged with a DWI.  Next Monday, the pilot and I contacted Gary and explained the situation.  Gary soon put his expertise and great team to work.  Gary and his team had already set the time within a month to negotiate pretrial repurposing and release all charges.  Gary and his team dealt with the whole process, with all his heart and mind, as if he were a member of the family. Because the results of

FAA can spread significantly, we strongly recommend Trictor and Le Grand, especially for people in the aviation field.

Hiring Gary Tricter to represent me is one of the biggest mistakes in my life.

I was arrested on the DWI in Futoworth. I failed the field test and it was said that blood stains were taken. Speaking with Gary, I said I wanted to see this evidence before deciding whether it is worth paying 21KB dollars that I cannot refund. If it were a judicial transaction, the cost would be meaningless. Gary insisted on going to court, and then urged him to decide whether he would hire him.

After evidence, Gary says he can't win the trial. He is a little rude to me, and scolds me for my rude behavior against the officer I arrest. That really didn't sit well for me. He admonishes us that we should try a motion to suppress, and if it fails, admit the guilt. Gary played quite well at the hearing, but we lost and I committed a crime.

I paid Gary $21k and only went to a motion to suppress the hearing. He didn't participate in the court negotiations, but instead he hired a local lawyer to represent me. I don't think I could get any advice on what to negotiate for and the best deal.

I won the first appeal and handled it myself (later canceled). On the basis of a contract that was limited to a DWI lawsuit in the trial, Gary told me he would not appear in this case. I pointed out in the court that this was still the same case and asked for an explanation of why the hearing was not on his behalf.

I found that in response to my appeal, the court documents had an error indicating that I have no right to appeal. I contacted Gary and he refused to take responsibility for it or help him solve it.

I generally find it difficult to contact Gary. Whoever thinks of his work is careful.

The result was the same as the defender in the election. Expensive. I think he's a good lawyer, but if it's a case that's kept open and locked up, the court is set up to go to Sobo Court or prison. No exceptions. You had better save ten dollars for a holiday.
