HOA Owner& Group of I Board of Directors He was fighting. The management company deals with fraud. We felt that the two were too long there, and that the right of the owner was not respected, most of the lawyers I interviewed seemed to be concentrated in our pockets. However, Lambright & associates seemed to prioritize our issues & fraud. They also seemed legal deliciousness, so we hired them.
Ramblite is the HOA & It represents many. The management company is funny, but we received A+ service from them. I found their team a tour by force.
Sean McKee and Casey Rambright were very dynamic Sean is very honest, extremely diligent, extremely intelligent, and it is fierce to fight in the hourly wage system. Sean's back on the battlefield, but also his friends. I had. The front. It's a magnificent & daily battle
Our last result was that the inferior dog succeeded. Shaun brought a suit, mediated, won quorum, removed the old board, threw out the ballot, and amplifier; There were more behind this, and now I have hired a new management company at the new board of directors. Our Condo Association is a total of 372, different from the former owners' rights.

I was absolutely shocked when I saw the review of Edith V. because I had the exact opposite experience with Ramblite. I learned that he was lazy, unresponsive, unethical, and intellectual.
Like Edith, I was the owner of a large convenience store apartment. I sold that unit in November 2016 less than a year ago. Mr. Rambright represented the association and often had disputes with the landlord. I had a problem with the pipe between the walls that provide service to both my unit and the units downstairs. I asked the association to help me with the repair (I paid 950 square per month for $300). Foot Condo was a fee for HOA, and at the time I paid more than $40,000 for HOA fees under my ownership). Our declarations, laws and the Unified Mansion Act show that "common elements" such as pipes are the responsibility of the association to maintain appropriate working conditions. To put it briefly, we had a legal dispute and eventually hired my agent.
My lawyer was unable to contact Mr. Rambright for eight weeks. Not after phone, voice mail, mail. Later, I was able to contact Mr. Ramblite, but each exchange was not professional and insulting, and it was clear that he knew nothing about law or my case. One day he advised his client to give up talking to me at all. However, he refused to talk with the lawyer, and his strategy was one that nobody talked about and hoped he would lose his conversation. The lawyer's reply to the email was also false. I didn't reach it no matter how many times I tried.
Before hiring a lawyer, I also sent Mr. Rambright a letter explaining my interpretation and hoped that at least the law and Texas would be divided. my-mended Rambright often failed to answer, sending FORM characters in the same language, saying the same thing when using the VERY SAME TYPOS in the previous character, indicating that she had little work. He also thought that we had only two Asian surnames and that they had a relationship with former co-owners. This man's incompetence and his unprofessional behavior are astonishing.
The best thing is that Mr. Rambright advised his clients to charge their own legal fees, even though he was a legal opponent. Of course, the association was willing to accompany them, as they had escaped the need to pay their own legal fees. As a result of Mr. Ramblite's "legal" advice I received the legal reward of my lawyer and received as little as the "legal capacity" of Mr. Ramblite actually paid.
Why Edith Re-Investigations Are Great? About the New Board's Permanent Attorney Position So, if you need a lawyer who represents your customers in different tiers based on your customer's pocket (ironically, Edith thinks he has differentiated Mr. Rambright from anyone else), you should always hire this man. And if you need a lawyer who doesn't understand the basic principles of American law, when you don't get an order in court, each country pays its own legal fees. However, since there are many lawyers in Houston, I am sure that if you dial a random number, you can become a better lawyer than the lawyer of this company.
